We ran into a couple of glitches using video appointments and even those were met with humor and were quickly corrected. “I have been renting storage here for the better part of 8 years. Have never had any problems, security cameras have off-site viewing so if anyone is there breaking in to units they won't be able to get at the tapes to conceal themselves. They do walk through checks every couple of hours looking for evidence of break-in issues. They are the least expensive storage facility with this kind of security. If you need a place to keep your things I recommend 145th Aurora Storage, and if you go and get storage there, tell them Michael Keith sent ya!!”

Also, kudos to the staff member who was learning/using Spanish to better communicate with his team members to ensure accurate orders (the person was in charge of assembling the orders to give to customers). We were there on a Tuesday afternoon, sat outside on the really lovely patio, and our service was outstanding. He was helpful, prompt, and just a very skilled server.
