I want to say about the girls at the reception. They are very professional and responsive. We are grateful for their work, help with our questions, advice about public transport in New York and a restaurant for dinner. It was very nice.
The room was clean, the beds were perfect, the bathroom was big and clean, and the water worked just fine. The first time I saw three hooks in the bathroom for clothes or bathrobes. Super! It was also nice to see a night light in the bathroom.
The air conditioner was very quiet and efficient.

I would stay again the rooms were clean, service was helpful. My only issue was the room temperature control and having it stay cold but i should have called for help regarding that. The pool was great, clean & quiet. The breakfast was alright its standard but the cereal selection & bagels were good. I would stay again. Hilton for the win.

I have stayed at this location multiple times and I can’t say I have had a negative experience. This time was really great. Travis at the Front Desk was so personable and helpful. He provided exceptional customer service. I needed foam pillows and a blanket for allergies and he immediately sent the request and Randy delivered them quickly. He was friendly and kind.

Fast great place. Right next to the bus stop. It close to where I live, I normally just buy a large coke most times, and just for dinner I finally bought soft shell beef tacos that did my night. Thank you Taqueria Jalisco
