I worked with Nicole on and off for several years and family members of mine have as well. I have really benefited from her calm, compassionate but straight-forward approach. It was very important for me to find a therapist who used eveidence-based treatments. I wanted to work and get results, not just talk to someone every week for years on end. I have been very happy with Nicole's guidance! I feel confident in the skills I've learned and will use them for the rest of my life. I have never worked with a more effective therapist.
