(March 16, 2021, 11:15 am)Good auto parts store! If they don't have it there they'll have it the next afternoon. Helpful courteous and funny. Battery charging isn't free anymore but it's the best way to see if your battery is salvageable.
(August 5, 2019, 12:26 pm)These guys are the best! They take the time to help you out and make sure you get what you need! This is a rare and almost extinct service these days. They also have high end stuff in stock, such as Ams Oil and Liquimoly, etc. And will bring in just about anything same or next day of possible. True treasure making easy living on the island. Keep up the good work David and Steve.
(August 21, 2018, 4:00 pm)I have had nothing but good to great service from the staff at Vashon Auto Parts. They go out of their way to find a part that may be difficult to find, are prompt in responding to requests and always helpful and more than polite.
They are even happy to see my fussy 8 month old daughter...
As far as prices go they seem inline with the off Island parts stores, and I would be willing to pay a little extra to keep them in business. I do not see any sign that they are gouging anyone or charging extra... In fact, they me gave a discount when I special ordered oil and filters by the case.
So I believe that they are good people, well aware that they are doing business on a small island and that they value their community.
The one other reviewer seems to have personal issues that are coloring their opinion and it is not a constructive revue.
(March 27, 2016, 11:07 am)Great service, OK prices, very helpful staff. Can't ask for more---you can sometimes get lower prices on the Net, but this shop deserves your support. An essential tp Island Life, keep them in business, or you;ll have to go off-island for parts, a real bummer when you need something fast. If they don't have a part they'll get it in next day.
