“Had my vehicle towed to this location in the morning due to a flat. When I arrived there was a small wait, 8:30am. Then Nate came out and helped, we went outside and he looked at all tires and informed me that there were two that were in bad shape and the other two would probably need to be changed out by the end of the year. So once we went in and he showed me prices I decided to purchase all four instead. He also suggested that I replace my rear windshield wiper. (Which I knew was bad.) so went ahead and had all that done. He was very informative in explaining it all. Showed us a chart they had in the lobby area. I was able to leave my vehicle there until I was off work and had someone drop me off. My wife had also been there previously and was very satisfied with their staff. Dylan and Joey helped her at the time. They were very informative as well and helped with tire selection. Joey was very nice with everyone and real helpful!”

“I had a Gen2 Prius with the dreaded Red Triangle Of Death. With the Dr Prius app and a recommended OBD adapter from Amazon, I got a pile of error codes. With this information I called around 5 places the Seattle area and Ethio had the best prices by a long shot. Within two days the owner came to my site and replaced the battery, but found diagnostic errors on the test drive. For a modest additional sum he took the car to his shop repaired the inverter. Superb service, great price, attention to detail, and highly responsive to text messages. He’s been at this a long time and knows his stuff for all kinds of hybrid batteries. I’m glad I found him.”

Arrived a couple of minutes before my designated time. The cashier advised me of the wait time - took my phone number and gave my key fob to him. I went for a walk - came back and my car wasn’t quite done. The technicians here do a safety inspection on your car. This is after the oil change is completed. Shortly after I was told it would be a few minutes more; I received a text notification with things that needed attention. Their analysis provided more info than I have ever, ever received after an oil change! Extremely thorough! Juanita Firs is a 5 star place. “The team at Ballard Custom Audio is not just professional, but driven. Willing to work around technical issues, supply issues, and not just deliver, but support the work they do. I had a fair amount of work done on my 2015 Ram 1500 EcoDiesel (5th wheel camera, replacing the tailgate camera, replacing the instrument cluster, replaced the media unit, new tow mirrors, etc...). Some of which was straightforward and easy, some of it was brand new to the team, but they didn't flinch at the idea of tackling something new. On top of this all, getting parts in was a NIGHTMARE, but they worked with me to make sure we were always on the same page as to what was next, when it would happen, and how much it would cost. I cannot recommend Bill and his team more for anyone that wants any upgrades or updates done to their rig for audio, security, additional cameras/options... they seem to be able to do anything.”
