“I’m shocked that this FM Pharmacy location doesn’t have better reviews!! I honestly love this specific Fred Meyer pharmacy and think they’re the best I’ve had my prescriptions filled here every month for years now. They’re always so helpful and friendly (I wish I could remember her name but the younger girl with light blonde hair is the absolute sweetest, she remembers me every time I come in and gets my prescription for me by the time I make it to the counter. Everyone here is honestly so kind) and they always fill my prescriptions quickly. If once in a blue moon it takes them a little bit longer than you’d like to have your rx ready just give them a break, they’re busy and I’m sure that it’s probably beyond their control. And if you’re asking them to do something that they legally cannot do or you’re trying to get them to make an exception for you, that’s on you and isn’t their fault or if they don’t have your medication in stock, it’s obviously going to take a bit longer, but even then they still quickly order it for you and have it there as soon as they can within their control. Basically every other pharmacy I’ve ever used besides this one has been pretty terrible in comparison.”

“I've been taking our 9lb dog and a seriously overweight, diabetic 18 yr old cat to the Bulverde Animal Hospital for over 10 years now and have always been cheerfully greeted by the front desk folks (where I pick up insulin for the cat every month). They are always ready to help or check-in the pets for appointments. Wait time is always minimal and test results are shared as soon as possible. There's been a recent change-over of Vets, but service provided continues to be top-notch.”

The team handled them amazingly and my skittish heeler even took treats (which he doesn't do). “Every time I have used the pharmacy, they have been professional and have filled my perscription as timely as they could. If there has been an issue woth a perscription it has been from my physician side. Filing a perscription as a walk in and expecting them to get it to you in 10mins is kinda ridiculous. Even though they have done this in the past, it is nothing I would ever expect them to do. Who knows how many perscriptions they have to fill in a day and then on top of it they now have to do a ton of covid testing and vaccines. People in the health care field are doing their best right now, how about giving them a little bit of patience. Thank you for what you do.”
