We worked with Alice to get a subway tile backsplash installed in our kitchen and I am so happy with how it turned out. Scheduling happened quickly, she worked with me on pricing options and she was always available when I needed her. The process was very easy. The installers were quick, tidy and so talented.

I've purchased some very small amounts of products from HP. Most of the items came from suppliers in Seattle and even though my needs were small they treated me as if I had placed a "real order". They are helpful and fun to deal with. I can certainly recommend them for their variety of tile and stone on display and other items they can supply.

Customer service is top notch here. Thank you to the girls in the store and the owner Tony. Such good people. I just had a bathroom job finished and Miguel did the work along with Calvin. They were very professional, took their time to do it right, and communication was fantastic. The work they did was fantastic! I will have them do any further tile work I have. They’re the best.

I had a great experience with HP Tiles. I was a little nervous because I couldn’t find a lot of reviews on them, but everything was first rate. Their estimator (Alice) and in/store staff were fantastic to work with, and the two installers, Miguel and Rene, did a terrific job. I bought my tile from a company in Seattle, and Michelle was extremely helpful in advising me how much to get, etc. She was also very patient and accommodating when I changed my tile selection and when the delivery date kept changing. Their price was much lower than other companies I interviewed, with no loss of quality or customer service. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to any of my friends.
