  Purchased a gas Fireplace Xtraordinare (made in Mukilteo!) from Rich's. Chad was excellent as my point man on design and making sure the proper size was chosen to fit in my old space. Eric the installer from West Sound was great too: punctual & clean. I still need to do a little electrical and then some wall finish work before I have it all set up for this fall, but I'm happy to have dealt with Rich's.

  In addition to the exceptional product at Rich's the sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Chad was so helpful. Once we decided on our purchase he made a special effort to deliver our patio set personally so we would have it in time for an event.

  Rebecca at Rich’s was terrific with thorough details and thoughtful follow-up. Dan at Right Choice Chimney installed the stove and pipes on our steep roof with unmatched expertise and attention to every detail. A team with outstanding professionalism to get the job done right. Worth the wait! Absolutely beautiful. L

  WOW! This Visscher Granada Gazebo turned out GREAT! Yes, I was a little apprehensive to order it without being able to see/visit a sample first...but the entire process was smooth and the results are stunning!

  We needed to replace a very old Lopi gas insert in our media room that no longer was safe or functional. Rebecca gave us three quotes and explained each in great detail. There were a lot of choices to decide upon. One was selecting a manufacturer that was a local company (Everett) rather than out of state. I watched the factory tour video from home and we were greatly impressed with design, materials, engineering and craftsmanship. They proudly showed many awards they had won. Their products are not sold in the big box stores. The manufacturer works with independent dealers to maintain a high standard of quality and support. We exchanged emails with a few questions and Rebecca responded immediately each time. She also explained the process to start and complete the project. The model and options we selected were already in stock in their warehouse. It took 3 weeks to schedule the installation with their contract installer. That was a lot sooner than we anticipated. Rebecca called us at each step in the process to keep us informed with communications prior to install. Removal of the old insert and hauling it away was relatively easy, taking less than 2 hours. The new chimney liner, assembly, connection and check out took about 3 hours. The outside work was done in hard pouring rain. The installer protected our floors and carpeting and vacuumed up on completion. He took more time to explain the remote control and other key operational features of the inset itself. Tonight, we had a great warm fire in the media room for the first time in nearly 7 years. We celebrated with the beginning of watching the Star Wars series, again.
