It is easy to shop at Arnolds without being shadowed by a sales person. The sales staff is helpful without being pushy. We bought 2 recliners and after getting them delivered we decided they weren't right for us. Arnolds exchanged them with no questions asked. Great customer care.

Jenna was a super star on Thursday when we went in to purchase a sofa after having a deplorable experience elsewhere. Jenna was there to answer any and all questions we had. We were torn between two sofa's ended up choosing a chaise/sofa combo. Jenna made our experience at Arnold's a breeze and we will go back in the future for additional furniture needs as they arise. Colleen was excellent. During a stressful life situation she provided photos, information, and was open to conversations via phone. I was able to come in knowing they had what I'd need, quickly make a final choice and pay, while being loaded up to take my furniture within a short time period.
