Great store good variety of merchandise. The craft supply isle is big and well stocked. I could not find the watch batteries I needed, but it's probably supply chain issues, as that comes from China. Store is messy but I saw workers trying to straighten up.

Truly THE place for custom upholstery work. First class expertise. You really get what you pay for with Bill. Very happy with my sofa and chair. No detail overlooked.

Bill just completed upholstery work for us on a fairly new couch and chair that had received extensive damage from cat clawing; quite a few panels, arms and cording needed replacement. Since I have some interior design background, I tend to have high standards for the quality of upholstery work. Bill did not disappoint. The upholstery was taut, seams and fabric grain were straight, and the cording looked great; all in all, probably as good, if not better, than the factory had done... and this was a higher end set from Macy's. Bill's communication during the project was great; he's professional, skilled and, most impressively, extremely honest. Coming from Dallas, and having a lot of upholstery projects in my past, I found Bill's prices to be very appropriate and reasonable for such high quality upholstery work.He also completed our project in record time! Highly, highly recommended.

I have a couch that the stitching was coming apart and finally came open. I called in and asked some questions and then brought him all the cushion covers to have them all re stitched to get more life out of our couches. He was so personable and helpful and had them done only a few hours later. Granted it wasn't a crazy job. I'm so thankful I'll have more life out of these couches. He does really great work!!
