He made sure everything was made right and that the employee was talked to about the proper way to handle customers on the phone and in person when the two coincide. Also, It turns out she did not hang up on me, the phone has a history of losing connection. I will continue shopping there for my corner store needs because I see how much the owner values his customers Original review below -- The morning shift woman Is a rude and will hang up on you if you call in and have more than one question. She will interrupt you, call you names, and try to make you feel inferior to her. I had two questions- "Hey can I get my money back or exchange a product with a broken seal and When is your boss coming back from vacation since you don't know" I didn't get to ask the second question because she hung up on me twice and won't pick up the phone anymore.
