“I am a business owner in here on western Washington and also former client of Isaac's. My landlord is a bully type.....and I have been taking his nasty remarks for way too long. But the landlord decided he wanted me out of his space and his lawyer became quite aggressive. Essentially, they were going to sue for what they believed to be a breach of the building lease. Unfortunately for that lawyer, part of their case required proper notice and Isaac's letter detailed where she had erred. Of course, her clients saw that letter.
