“We stopped in wanting to ship unneeded gear across the country. The woman who helped us (I think she said Oriana but maybe Erin? Sorry if I am butchering that!). She assessed our bins and bags and helped us repackage them into boxes to save us some money. She was incredibly cheerful, and took over the packing when she could have easily handed us the boxes to attempt ourselves. We were very pleased with our experience. She made a daunting task manageable. I meant to hit 5 stars!!!! Yikes.”

“Twice the hardware, specialty hardware selection is great, including boating and fishing hardware. Camping, hiking and general outdoors activities supplies, best place in town to stop at! Fast friendly customer service like it used to be, makes you feel right at home whether it is the first time there or you are a regular. Respectful and quick to respond. “I love going to this Rite Aid. Everyone is upbeat and/or always themselves which I admire. The pharmacy is never too busy(when I show up). The cashiers that run the place always make me smile and probably wonder what I am listening to and why I dance around for an hour looking at stuff as well as never get bothered by it. (It's my only escape from my wild children) The only reason why they didn't get 5 stars is that they don't have as much stuff as the Poulsbo one. That's it. The people = 5 stars”

“After having nothing but poor experiences at this store over the years & having left them poor feedback, I am going to change my tune. I went their recently because God has decided to turn off my old phones, 3G whatever that means, & I had to buy new ones. Not wanting to deal with the traffic in Silverdale & the insane wait time, I elected to not go to the corporate office & instead tried the Kingston store, again. For a change there was no long wait. I was waited on by Jessica, the manager, & she is first class. Very helpful & very knowledgeable. Went out of her way to get me a great deal on 2 new phones & has tolerated my being not only a dinosaur, but being electronically challenged. Her right hand man, Michael, was equally helpful & very pleasant. Appreciate the help, thank you!”

“I will be back again if needed. Jeremy was great to deal with, repaired my engine ahead of schedule and at a good price. I had the engine serviced at another service center and was told everything checked out great in the tank. When I put it on the boat it failed to work. The other shop refused to help so I reached out to Roy's for help. They promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired the engine in time for my vacation. Jeremy saved vacation and may have also saved my marriage. The engine now runs new (one quick pull and it starts and operates smoothly and quietly), and the pricing was fair. I will be back for all future service and will recommend Roy’s Marine Service to anyone who asks.”
