Olympic Outdoor Center

Such an amazing experience. I’ve been looking at kayaks for over 2 year’s. I talked to Drew about 5 times & he was always really helpful & patient. He said I wasn’t a pain - but I know I was . Finally decided on a kayak for myself & my husband. We put down 20% to hold them until we could get to Port Gamble. When I went to pick them up- Drew not only put a rack on my car . He also took my ski rack off first & set up all of my racks with a master key. He went above & beyond & I will definitely be sending everyone I know to Olympic Outdoor. Super happy .

This place is awesome, I bought a used kayak and had them ship it to Alaska. The sales staff was very friendly, and knew the answers to my questions. I spoke to Drew about shipping the kayak and he was very pleasant to speak to and came through 100% on our arrangement. The kayak arrived well packaged and had no damage, he even threw in a paddle- totally stoked. I am very happy with my purchase, and would highly recommend Olympic Outdoor Center.. Paddle on

Went in for a dry suit for a friend. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We found the perfect set up to keep a well loved sailor safe.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Funt to rent kayaks and paddle around the edges of the bay. First time for sea kayaking for me. Used to calm lakes in Oregon. Mike told where the protected coves were and we had a sweet paddle for a couple of hours...Lots of birds,seals.~ I would rent kayaks here again. The town of Port Gamble was cute. Beautiful flowers.

Super helpful staff. We were able to try out Eddyline kayaks prior to purchase. We will be back and would love yo take classes or go on some tours with Mike.
