He's busy, but he's awesome! Honestly he's one of the best mechanics I've ever known. He got a part from the dealership using my vin, installed it, and it was wrong and cracked my timing chain cover, dumped 15 quarts of oil on the freeway. He paid to have it towed to his shop, he spent almost a month fixing the dealerships mistake on his dime! Even installed a new water pump and clutch (I only paid for parts) for me since he had to completely dismantle the truck!
Like I said, he is busy, so it's not fast service, but it is honest and great work!

I will write two reviews. First contact and then job completion. I own a 94 Cummins diesel pusher RV on a Spartan chassis. Our front brake calipers locked up and left us stranded on the side of the road. We will need new calipers, rotors, pads, bearings, and seals and new brake fluid. We live full time in the rv,; wife and I, son, and four dogs. Sold our house in Texas and back in my home state to visit friends and family. The owner knew exactly what to do with our rig, where to get parts and phone staff was very helpful too. He is swamped with work and currently without any other mechanics. But we promised us to work us in. We used Kitsap Towing to get the RV to his shop. Kitsap Towing knows the shop well. By the time we were towed it was after hours. I went the next day to meet the owner personally and offered him any assistance I could, even sweeping the shop or drive for him to get the parts in Tacoma. He offered for us to stay in the RV after he got it parked and one side of the brakes removed. We had two nights of hotel paid for but we will take him up on that offer, especially if the repairs drag out past the weekend into next week. We discussed the repairs And again I offered any help I could give. I am not expecting a discount on my bill, that is just who I am. So, upon first contact, I am very impressed and happy. He is going to work with us and I am going to work with him however I can. After being mostly disappointed about the changes in Kitsap County and a good majority of the people now living here, it easier refreshing to meet someone who is like how I remember how most local people out here used to be. Thanks and I will post another comment once repairs are completed.
