Consistently meeting with the coaches to go over results and make adjustments was a big part of my success. I started at 175lbs with 10.6% BF. I reached my original goal of 190lbs in one month and was at 6.9% BF. I felt comfortable going up in weight, so the coach made some tweaks to my plan. Two months later, I reached 208lbs at 8.2% BF. I ended up putting on about 20lbs of muscle. When I saw the numbers, I was shocked. I am still happily at 208lbs.”
