In a moment of weakness last December, Chowrentoys had several polybags that I had been scouring the interwebs for. I placed an order for 17 of them, paid for 2 Day shipping since it was Dec 17, 18 maybe, and this retailer also upgraded it to Priority Overnight and refunded me a few bucks. By using a FedEx box they were able to help me out, and I received all my items in fantastic shape. I've placed 4 orders since, have not been disappointed since in their service, just with FedEx's delays (no store's fault however, it's a Memphis issue).”

“The technician did an excellent job matching the paint to the original color. The passenger door had to be replaced and the dents in the passenger door behind it had dents to pop out and refinish. The repair looks as though the accident never happened. I’m very satisfied. There was a slight delay past the time they had quoted it would be completed but they explained the reasons for this and I was very happy to wait ❤️. I would use this company again. Update: my vehicle was a 2020 Chevy Traverse and I had taken it in under an insurance claim through GEICO. I was able to get an appointment within days after the incident. They were able to repair it within two weeks. I am aware that had I of attempted to call the business and make an appointment the timing would not have been so fast. I’m adding this information after reading other reviews. It’s important to know that if your vehicle needs repair regardless of cash or insurance claims, companies have customers and other projects so you will need to call multiple places to find someone who can give you a timely return. This isn’t the only business in this county and there are options. Please review your options and ask for proper turn around expectations prior to dropping your vehicle off anywhere. I feel fortunate to have been able to have my vehicle repaired and to have had the car rental paid for through insurance. Well worth the rates I pay and the reaction I experienced.”

“We originally called about an intermittent clog. We were expecting visitors for a few days and needed that toilet working. Budget came, gave us their opinion and a free estimate. Then they told us they would come back and replace the very old toilet as soon as we bought a new one. So we bought a new toilet immediately and they came back and did the replacement and took the old toilet away staying right on the reasonable estimate price. We highly recommend them and are going to call them again for future plumbing repairs.”
