Ashaunti was one of the staff members there and we told her all the things that we wanted and she gave us just what we needed. She made the process so easy and fast that we really didn’t need to worry about much. She explained all the details that were included in the lease without missing a single thing and I appreciated that so much, especially when that was something that we were having trouble with when we looked at other places. I am so happy that we settled here and I appreciate the cascade ridge team for making it such a wonderful experience!!!”

“Awesome service!!! Passing through to separate from the Navy, needed a health certificate for a cat to fly, they saw the urgency, and squeezed us in before lunch. Great people at the desk, and the vet and tech were super nice. (The vet on base turned us away with no appointments available for a week, and their waiting room was empty.)”
