- the park had a couple scenic points that overlook the water
- dog friendly
- lots of colors and old trees
- slippery trails in fall season- LOTS of leaves
- some trails lead down to the water
It was more rustic than I had expected but a beautiful walk. There were a couple of large logs across the path to climb over and we didn't make it down to the beach but we'll likely visit the park again.
1st time going here and found that it is really a pretty trail system that is not too difficult! A quick 8 minute walk to a great viewpoint of the water from a cliff viewpoint! Plan to go back and explore all of the trails there! Pretty hike close to home!
Beautiful views and lots of crabs, mushrooms, and slugs. Easy hike, but can be a little muddy in some spots.
Trails are well marked, pretty well maintained (I visited in winter so a few downed branches were in the path but nothing insurmountable), and it's very pretty.
Parking area is pretty small and there are no bathrooms or trash cans.
