“Great facility, my mother loves it here. It's the first time she has been truly happy in a memory care home after being in 5 other prior memory care homes. The caregivers give her quality individualized care and help her with her meals and some of them are truly her best friends. They also have a great chef here and the meals are high quality and very appetizing, the family has had meals with her a time or two and they were great. She has a very nice spacious bedroom too that has a view of Mt. Rainier. She has the best room in the whole place as far as view goes. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones. This is where she will stay to live out her years hopefully.”

I was always slightly intimidated before by the idea of working with a personal trainer but Jaclyn made me feel so comfortable and has really pushed me further than I thought I could go. I've worked with her for 3 months and started seeing results in the first two weeks. She keeps you on your toes always switching up workouts, which I love, you never get bored. She's very professional and accommodates workouts to your specific goals. I would definitely recommend working with her.”

“Absolutely stellar experience with the entire team here at this clinic. Dr Lewis was a jovial, caring, and frank man who didn't beat around the bush. I was diagnosed with bursitis and needed to have a shot in my heel.. needless to say I was terrified but he did an amazing job keeping me comfortable and honestly the entire procedure was relatively painless. I hobbled into his clinic after spending weeks in pain trying to ice my problems away and was able to walk out pain free!”

“Not to take away from the other reviews here, but my experience was about as good as I could have expected. Great service from the get-go, and then again a few weeks into my cpap usage when I needed to do an exchange due to a technical issue. I think his name was Dennis, the man who stayed after his shift to meet me there for it. Then who called 15 minutes later to let me know he'd found part of my AC adapter in with the old unit. He waited for me to return for it, replying to my gratitude that "at least you won't be without it for tonight". Anyway, have had only good experiences with these guys, maybe something has changed in regards to their employee roster or something, but definitely have to give kudos here for their great service.”

“While looking for a place to train while visiting from VA I came across Virtuous Grappling. This gym lives up to it’s name. The staff is personable and accommodating and the gym culture is exactly what you’d hope for as a visitor. No Ego. No BS. The fundamentals coach Billy is genuinely a good dude and Cody was super cool during our introduction. If you’re local and looking for a place to train I recommend this place as their coaching staff listens to its students, its safe, and you receive one-on-one feedback from the coach. If you’re visiting like me and you just wanna get on the mat the crew is welcoming and will offer you the level of training you’re looking for. Next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to visit again. “I have been filling my prescriptions, and getting the flu shot, at this Costco for at least 10 years. They are so much more efficient and competent than the drugstore pharmacies I used to use. Most important, the staff is wonderful. They are polite, efficient, and go out of their way to call if there is any issue with a refill. I generally am not a fan of anything about our medical system, but Costco's pharmacy in Sliverdale is an exception: the best.”
