I had the engine serviced at another service center and was told everything checked out great in the tank. When I put it on the boat it failed to work. The other shop refused to help so I reached out to Roy's for help. They promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired the engine in time for my vacation. Jeremy saved vacation and may have also saved my marriage. The engine now runs new (one quick pull and it starts and operates smoothly and quietly), and the pricing was fair. Not only did Rich fit my car into his day he was VERY THOROUGH in explaining what my options were and was very patient with the questions I had.
