“Best experience ever ... Les Schwab who? Ordered tires online over the weekend and made an appointment for the following Saturday. During the week, I received phone calls with very short voice-mails (super appreciate how short they were and no BS and no need to call them back) about my order. Saturday morning came and I waited in my car. Others waited at the front door and they were skipped over as a representative came to me first as I had an online appointment. Install only took 30min and I was on my way quick!!! Best experience ever!!!”
