The staff were very helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help me pick out new frames, and more importantly, to help with a call to a rep from my insurance company to explain my coverage. There was very little wait, and I was really happy with the individual service and help I received.

Staff there is so polite and so helpful! They took there time to help me pick out frames and what all I wanted in my lenses. When I got my glasses back they did not work for me, they were right there to fix the problem. I will be recommending this place to my friends and family!
