The trainers will know you by name and they and the other members become your friends and family. Super clean and you can pick the music! If you haven’t tried it yet! Go get your free first time workout!

The workouts are different every day and you have the support of a trainer by your side the entire time. Who knew burning a butt load of calories could be this fun.

(April 19, 2021, 11:48 am)The workouts are great. They change every day and can be adjusted to your skill level. There is always a trainer there to guide (or push, lol) you through each round. There are no class start times, just show up and get started. I have finally found a gym that I enjoy going to. For anyone interested in going...the first workout is free so you can see if you like it.

(April 18, 2021, 5:44 pm)Great work out. I cannot say enough positive things about my family's experience working out at 9 Rounds. Great staff, great environment, and tough but flexible workouts. My 11 and 13 year old LOVE working out there. I love working out there too as it is down to earth, fitness-level-flexible, friendly, and best yet a tough 30 minute workout without me having to design it. Changes everyday.

(March 10, 2021, 9:18 pm)9Round is an incredible gym! I love that I can show up at anytime and the longest I have to wait to jump in and get started is 3 minutes. The trainers are empowering and are always challenging me to push harder. My favorite is when I get pulled off the bag for trainer lead work. It’s a positive atmosphere and a great place to blow off some steam, and burn calories while I’m doing it. I highly recommend 9Round!
