Evolve Strong Fitness

I cannot say enough good things about Jaclyn and what she has created with Evolve Strong Fitness! I was always one to shy away from group workouts because I never felt like I was in good enough shape to keep up. It was intimidating, especially when you’re overweight and out of shape. The minute I walked up to my very first workout I was greeted by name by one of the coaches and several other members that I didn’t know did the same. It was a huge relief. I won’t lie, my first workout was tough, and I pushed myself hard, but it was so rewarding. I woke up the next day and wanted to go back. I have been both an in person and virtual member for two years now. I have seen my body and my fitness capabilities change in ways I couldn’t imagine. I feel a true sense of community and support from other members and especially the coaches. If you are hesitant to join, feel uncomfortable in your own skin, and worry that this is not the place for you, then you’re just like I was, and I encourage you to give Evolve Fitness a try. It’s changed my life!!

Evolve has been life changing for me!! I leave each workout feeling stronger both physically and mentally. Jaclyn and the rest of the coaches are supportive, motivating, and welcoming. I was so nervous walking into my first class three years ago and now I’m absolutely hooked. You have to try a class, you won’t regret it!!

Jaclyn and her coaches are so welcoming and encouraging! It’s a treat to find a community of people who have fun and love to workout together. Each workout is different than the last and you always have the option to modify or intensify the movements. I have never been as fit as I have since I started EVOLVE 3 years ago.

Evolve is fun! If you live in the Tehaleh neighborhood this is a great group to join and get to know your neighbors. Evolve has a great atmosphere, they accommodate everyone at every level of fitness. I enjoy working out with a big group of people and having a fitness plan that works. Evolve is a mix of cardio and weight that's really well balanced. Every workout leaves me tired and feeling accomplished.

Simply put, EVOLVE is an amazing group of people who come to workout, encourage each other and create a sense of real community! After moving to Bonney Lake in 2018, a neighbor invited me to join a class and I’ve been attending since. The workouts are constantly changing, which makes it fun to show up and get motivated about trying something new. The coaches are knowledgeable and always helpful, offering alternate moves or modifications if needed. I never thought I’d find myself working out outside all year long…but here I am doing it and it’s great! Whether it’s warm and sunny, cold and rainy or somewhere in between, it feels good to be able to ground yourself in the outdoors while working out. For me, it truly brings a sense of mindfulness and intention to my workouts. Thanks EVOLVE!
