Nelson Nature Park

Short, but very nice wooded trail. Note that the trail is paved, but needs a lot of work to bring it to ADA compliance.

Nice place to go for an after dinner evening stroll in the evening. The trail is mostly paved. The stroll isn't too long to walk the whole trail. You can even take the shortcuts to make it shorter if you prefer. I loved coming here when i lived in Edgewood. Its very calm and relaxing. Great place for a private picnic and some of nature's natural habitat. Parking can be tough because there's only a few spaces.

Sweet little jaunt through some younger Forest. Well cared for and you can tell it's an ongoing project . In my view these green spaces are worth their weight in gold for the community. Good job Edgewood!!
