It's a great place for peaplo to help others stop thinking about yourself and give back . I luv the peaplo and all that they do. It feels great to give and to seethe look others faces
I went here for the first time earlier this school year as part of their yearly (or twice-yearly??) free supplies for teachers. I'm not sure who funds this program but thank you!!! I got the maximum amount of all the allotted supplies and gave away the supplies I didn't need for my own classroom. There were so many cool things in the unallotted area like solar lights, simple rugs, huge potted plants, craft supplies, office chairs, even couches. My favorite take of that day was a big potted plant which is now in my living room in a giant $40 pot from Ross (AWESOME for pots, by the way.) My school's "prize store" and the kids loved the Yoobi supply/pencil pouches with erasers, sharpeners, cute pencils, mini glue sticks, etc. I'll be sure to go as many years as I can! Maybe next year I'll bring an even bigger car.
Thank you for donating two tables for our conference rooms here at LASA. It makes a lot more space for more people to join our meetings.
World Vision is an incredible leader among the globe's foremost humanitarian organizations. With the help of their site manager, Quincy Walker, my organization was able to make a 25-man volunteer team for a Martin Luther King Service Day Project. We did a lot of good work that day and helped a lot of the world's good people!
