I’ve spent thousands of dollars with your company and had planned on continuing to purchase all my appliances from Albert Lee’s. I’ve recommended your business to countless friends and family members! That said, your receiver Kelly Richardson at the Fife WA warehouse is so rude, and snappy with drivers delivering your products that I will never spend another dime or recommend your company to anyone as long as she continues to work there! Her attitude is the poorest representation I’ve ever witnessed in my 18 years of driving! I had heard from other delivery drivers in the area about her poor attitude but today was the 1st time I got to experience it first hand. I did nothing that called for her to be so extremely rude. She doesn’t communicate her expectations and then flies off the handle when you’re unable to read her thoughts! Extremely disappointed that I will have to take my business elsewhere but as long as she remains your employee I can’t support a business that allows their employees to treat delivery drivers like we’re 2nd class! We’re all just trying to get our jobs done, we’re not trying to get verbally assaulted while doing so!”

“George (the mechanic) is super knowledgeable and very honest. He has always treated me with the utmost respect, and explains things very clearly. In fact, he's a great guy just to talk to. He takes his business very seriously and goes out of his way for the customer. Here's a little side story... My family and I were going to tow our trailer over the mountains for a camping trip. I needed the ball joints in my truck replaced, so I had George do the work. The day before we left for the hills one of the ball joints came out. Turns out this was not his fault, the dealer gave us the wrong parts. Still George felt terrible. He actually came to my house with the correct parts and tools and did all of the work right in my driveway.. FREE of charge! He saved our family vacation and prevented what could have been a disaster. And so, he gained a customer and friend for life. Thanks George! Also, his wife Lucy (in the office) is as sweet as can be too!”

I called on a Thursday afternoon coming from Oregon to see if they were possibly open because my son (10 years old) is a huge firework fan, he knew I was going to Washington for the day so I called to see if they were open. They informed me that unfortunately only by appointment but were so nice and helpful about when they could be there for me. Well the owner I believe who I spoke with said she would put together a bundle in our price range for my little guy. Because the times they had available unfortunately didn't work for us. They went above and beyond for us and we were more than happy with the little bundle they put together in our small price range. They didn't mind at all. Thank you so much for making my son's whole week. We will definitely be back again here soon I'm sure. Even though we drove 3.5 hours!! Well worth it. :)”
