“Let me start by saying I love the customer service and customer support I’ve received from the Tacoma WA store. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with your company and had planned on continuing to purchase all my appliances from Albert Lee’s. I’ve recommended your business to countless friends and family members! That said, your receiver Kelly Richardson at the Fife WA warehouse is so rude, and snappy with drivers delivering your products that I will never spend another dime or recommend your company to anyone as long as she continues to work there! Her attitude is the poorest representation I’ve ever witnessed in my 18 years of driving! I had heard from other delivery drivers in the area about her poor attitude but today was the 1st time I got to experience it first hand. I did nothing that called for her to be so extremely rude. She doesn’t communicate her expectations and then flies off the handle when you’re unable to read her thoughts! Extremely disappointed that I will have to take my business elsewhere but as long as she remains your employee I can’t support a business that allows their employees to treat delivery drivers like we’re 2nd class! We’re all just trying to get our jobs done, we’re not trying to get verbally assaulted while doing so!”
