Updated review since it's our second time using Breona! Out of the blue, we contacted Breona about a remote location we had never heard of before for our vacation property. Immediate response with all the local info about the place, with photos and even videos. We got the tour of the house and the community and put an offer in. Offer accepted and closed 16 days from the time we contacted her. This is the second time we used Breona and it won't be the last. She is definitely a local expert and has great guidance regarding the value of a place. Looking for a remote vacation place isn't easy when you are looking over a large geographical area. Breona was willing to travel and with with the sellers on a moments notice and get us the looks we needed. To to it all off, she had a gift basket for us at closing that was specifically tailored to the unique nature of the property and family. Great job!
