(July 28, 2022, 9:30 pm)I found Pat and Properties NW online when I was helping my mom sell land she owned in Vaughn. I’m so glad I did! Pat went above and beyond to make my mom feel comfortable about the process of selling land. He also took extra time to meet the neighbors of this remote property and explain the process to them. Pat kept in touch with us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. He did a fantastic job and we got a great price for the land!

We were pretty unfamiliar with the various Tacoma neighborhoods, and Patrick helped us narrow in perfectly on the location that would best suit our family. In a really fast moving housing market, Patrick kept us updated on properties of interest as soon as they were available and helped us navigate the quagmire of submitting an offer. His expertise helped us get the perfect house for us. Pat and his team stayed attentive to us as clients after offer acceptance, answering even the smallest of questions. We'd definitely recommend them for their local expertise and professionalism.

Pat worked with us and keep us up to date on all properties as soon as they were available. He was available and answered even the smallest questions we had about the transition. I've already recommended them to several people and I can't give them a high enough recommendation. They went above and beyond in this crazy real estate market and were with us every step of the way. They were very communicative and transparent throughout the process. They're a outstanding group of people and very knowledgeable about their business. I'd give them more than 5 stars if possible!!! (November 29, 2021, 9:22 pm)Patrick Mercado and his team did a wonderful job of selling my mother's home in Gig Harbor. As neither my mother nor I lived in Gig Harbor, we were unable to easily take care of sale related tasks such as having the yard and home cleaned up, the septic tank inspected, and the furnace serviced. Pat took care of everything, which was an incredible benefit to my mother and I. He did a great job of assessing the value of the property, and marketing it. He was always very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Properties NW of Gig Harbor.
