This shop is the best. Bill is very reasonable, very nice to deal with and repair exactly what you ask them to repair, unless they find something wrong during their inspection. At that point, they call, and advise what the problem is and give true repair estimate. The parts prices were reasonable and so was their labor rate and the repair was done when they said it would be done. I have no problem recommending them and will continue to take my 20 year old car there whenever I need a repair. Thanks Bill!

Bill, Ted and the rest of the crew are TOP NOTCH! We have been using them for the past 13 years and they are, quite simply, the best! They are honest with what work needs to be done, and what can wait. They always perform top quality work and also give us great advice. Over the years, we have purchased a couple of used Mercedes just because we trust them so much. You may not always like what they have to tell you, but you can always be sure that they are telling you the truth. Excellent all-around!
