I was a little uncertain about finalizing my rental after reserving it online. I went to inspect it and found everything to my liking such as the parking, the ease of access, the four wheel dollies available, and most of all the professional and courteous nature of the counter person Jorge. He answered every question nicely and precisely. He took me for a tour to the potential rental unit. We walked back to his station and because I was so pleased with the way he presented everything that I completed the transaction with my credit card etc. Thank you Jorge for making this in pleasant and easy transaction.
