Pla & Watts Endodontics

I have been a patient of Dr Pla for a few years and I have been to both the Tacoma office and the Puyallup office.
Dr Pla is very good at her work. I am very confident in her abilities.
I am very happy with the treatment I have received.
All the assistants and the front desk administrative people were very good and even took the time to sit with me and discuss my treatment plan.

I had a dental emergency today, I had a molar crack right along the gum line on Sunday. I saw an emergency dentist this morning who referred me to see an endodontist, but that office was booked until mid March.

I started calling every endodontist in the book, and this was the only office to tell me they would make room for me. They took me in last minute, made sure I was cared for and despite Dr Watts being unable to help (the tooth was beyond saving), he was kind and patient. The front office staff and assistant were compassionate and understanding.

They didn’t once make me feel unwelcome or rushed despite me essentially just dropping in without an appointment. They send me with a referral and were even kind enough to send me with a disc of images for the surgeon. And thanks to the referral to an oral surgeon, I was able to get my molar extracted the same day!

I’m so grateful that they saw me, genuinely cared about my comfort, and held space for me.

I can’t thank them enough and should I ever need a root canal in the future, I know the first one I’ll call!

The staff couldn't be more amazing. I've had 2 root canals with Dr. Watts. For typically an unpleasant procedure, they do everything they can to make it as pain-free and fast as possible all the while making sure it's done right! Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Watts and staff!

When I needed a root canal my dentist sent me to Dr Watt, I first setup a meeting to talk about was would be done, cost and options. I was very pleased with the office staff and DR Watt. The next day I setup my appointment which was today. Totally a pay free root canal because I tried the new wave system. Excellent care by all at this location in Puyallup.

I just want to take the time to say that this was one of the best customer service/dental experiences I’ve ever had. I walked in on a Monday with a dental emergency, Dr. Watts had a full schedule and he found a way to fit me in and take care of me both efficiently and with care! The staff was very warm and welcoming as I engaged in very intelligible conversation with the front desk along with the back office staff while being prepped for my procedure. Dr. Watts explained everything thoroughly and thanked me for trusting his team with my care. I’ll definitely recommend Pla & Watts to my family, friends, and colleagues.
