Pla & Watts Endodontics

I had a chipped tooth one night. My regular dentist was closed for the rest of the week. Fortunately, my dentist office’s emergency contact reached out the next morning and referred me to Pla & Watts Endodontics for an emergency. Dr. Pla and her staff were outstanding! I would like to recognize Cecilla (sp), Jasmine and another Tech (who I don’t know her name) for their professionalism and friendliness in getting me through this process. The warm towel upon completion was a bonus!

by step with the process. Was comfortable the whole time! "Gentle Care" procedure was the best! I will go back to them if ever needed again! Thank You all for the great work you did for my tooth! No pain during treatment, just a small headache for a little while after novacaine wore off! I went grocery shopping right after! I will recommend your office anytime!

The BEST dental experience ever. Dr. Pla and her team are meticulous, professional, caring, and efficient throughout. They are the epitome of teamwork - truly unbelievable how fast and thorough the root canal was. I really appreciated how they talked me through the entire process as it was happening and checked in on me periodically. Thank you!

I had a root canal from another dentist many years ago and it started to hurt. Turns out the previous doctor missed a canal. The doctors here found it and cleared it all out.

Also, a few small nice things:
- I sweat more than a normal person, and walking in here it was a little warmer than I liked. I didn't ask for any accommodations but the staff saw I was sweating and lowered the heat for me.
- They have pillows!! Such a small thing, but it made a huge difference on my neck. This is the first time I have had a dentist provide one.
- The moutb piece they put in for protection was the first time I have seen one like this. It made everything so much more comfortable and a lot less suction was required. Made things so fast and smooth.
- The view in the offices are pretty! There are big windows with trees that provide some nice natural light. I saw a little humming bird flying outside the window while I waited.

Overall I am super happy with my experience. The staff are super friendly and everything went smoothly!

The Best Dental Experience I ever had. Dr. Pla was simply Amazing. This team is a well oiled machine. Everyone was smiling, nice and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and safe. I had a root canal done and it was a painless experience. Definitely masters of their trade. I’m would Recommend to everyone.
