John, Mason, Justin and crew were awesome to work with! Always professional, friendly and on time. They stayed in communication with us throughout the entire project. They arrived a couple weeks in advance to pressure wash buildings and fences. The crew spent several days prepping the house for painting (caulking, scraping, peel bonding; etc.) Any minor issues that we had were dealt with. No details overlooked. Thank you Runland Painting! “Look no further - Zepeda painting is an outstanding painting service. I can't overstate how very thorough and professional they were. 2 days were spent caulking, repairing, and prepping, including repairing damaged wood trim. The painting was done with meticulous detail. They work with a crew of 6-7 people who worked seamlessly on various parts of the house at once. They showed up every morning at the same time and worked tirelessly to the end of the day. And the house looks fantastic - everything from trim, to soffits, to the detail between colors (primary, secondary, and trim). The price was very reasonable too, particularly considering the fantastic service. Francisco (owner) was on site at all time to manage the work. You can definitely trust him with your painting job.”
