Silver Cloud Hotel Tacoma at Point Ruston Waterfront

Wow nice place! Stayed 1 night for our anniversary. Beautiful in room accommodations; sleek, polished, modern, brand new. The bed was super comfy! Had drinks in the bar; also very classy and high end sophisticated. All peeps were friendly and awesome.
Great location for walking boardwalk, lots of shops and restaurants to explore and try, family friendly with lots of activities, good people watching, amazing views, and walking distance to the zoo!

The staff was helpful and courteous. I really liked the shopping and restaurants close by. I stayed in downtown Tacoma last time i was here and didn't feel safe. This area is great and appears to be master planned even with their own police department. I didn't have a view of Mt Rainier, but had a great view of the water front.

No details spared in this beautiful new hotel! Killer view of Puget Sound, at the end of Rustin Way, so traffic is mostly on foot, as the Tacoma walkway extends for miles in either direction.
Room lights and temperature are sensitive to occupancy. Plenty of lighting, data ports, and various plug-ins. Rooftop outdoor pool and spa were awesome after a day of hiking. Restaurant staff were gracious, and the food was prepared beautifully. Desk staff and valet services were prompt and helpful. Recharge ports for your electric vehicle are on site, with garage parking part of the hotel.
Hotel is perched in a lovely mall, with plenty to do for a family, or single, including a kid fountain, scooter rental, shopping, dining, and coffee. I am looking forward to a return trip to the Silver Cloud!

Loved...double sinks, double shower head, safe, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Quiet, did not hear any sound yet were next to ice machine and elevator and train not far. Excellent service. Definitely will return.

We went to try out the recently opened restaurant. Excellent service. Limited menu due to recent opening, but the main dishes we ordered were excellent. The mushrooms pasta and meat sauce rigatoni tasted exactly like high-end restaurants in Milan, Italy. It's perfect in seasoning to bring out the quality of pasta, mushroom and sauce. The only difference is: in Silver Cloud you get American portion, twice as large as in Milan. Of course the view is excellent.
We will surely go back again.
