  We met Andy, the salesperson, at the Tacoma RV show and found him pleasant and personable. We were looking for a shorter fifth wheel but did not want to spend the money on the upgraded model. He was very knowledgeable about the fifth wheels and directed us to the lot in Sumner to see the cheaper model, which he said was a very nice model with less upgrades. We saw the model but were not ready to purchase. We looked for Andy again at the Seattle RV show and made a deal to purchase our 5th wheel. When we arrived at the RV center a week later they had our RV ready for us to do a walk through before financing. Justin spent a lot of time with us and answered our many questions about the RV without us feeling rushed. We had a couple of minor issues and Justin fixed them immediately. Todd did the financing after we completed the walk through. He was very quick and efficient. They have high quality products on their lot. We have looked at a lot of fifth wheels for the past 3 years and could see this fifth wheel was built well. We would recommend Sumner RV and their professionalism. We also like that they have a maintenance shop on the lot when we need something fixed in the future. We have heard many stories about people having trouble getting their RV's serviced/repaired when there is a problem. We are very happy with our purchase and excited to take it out on the road soon.

  My wife and I have purchased 2 trailers from and consigned one with Sumner RV over the years. Andy and his crew are a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, honest, and low pressure. If/when the need arises, we would not hesitate to do business with Sumner RV in the future.

  I purchased a beautiful Outdoors 5th Wheel here and the entire experience was exceptional. 3 years later, my life changed and I decided to sell it. For some reason, I thought it would sell faster at a place right off Rte 5, so I had it brought there. After over 5 months and no buyer, I reached out to Andy at Sumner RV and asked if he could take it and sell it. He did, and sold it for me within 6 weeks. Never a disappointment with them.

  Getting RV parts can be difficult. Each manufacturer won't sell to individuals and has their own system of identification that cannot be identified either on-line or at a RV Store,. Zach made it easy. I gave him each manufacturer and their part numbers, he was able to find the part. Now all I have to do is to wait for the parts to arrive; I expect they will.
