I have been coming here for over 3 years and always had excellent service on my Kia. Anytime I've brought it in, ranging from oil change to replacing brakes and various other problems, it has been consistently resolved with no issues afterward.
The vehicle condition report that is sent after an inspection is great and easy to use that provides service recommendations with pictures of the associated parts.
Everyone there is very polite, professional, accommodating, and understanding. I would definitely recommend Car Smart Auto Service to anyone.

I haven't even picked my truck up yet but Ive had such a great experience already I wanted to share it. I'm a manager at a car dealership with my own shop but Car Smart could get me in quicker. From day one the best communication from Travis, super detailed on what was wrong with my truck. Gave me options to save money even! My truck was towed in 4+hrs late because of icy road conditions but they were still able to squeeze it in and super understanding. I even got a text with a picture of my truck and a detailed report of what was wrong and recommended. Then Travis called and went over it all with me.
