“Like everything else in life, there are no perfect contractors. These days things cost far more than you anticipate. Those things said just in the past two weeks I contracted Beacon Electrical to replace an ancient central breaker box as well as restore electricity to a corner of my home. Cost me roughly $10000. To me that's a lot of money. Now to the positive points: First, by far was my point of contact and the person who performed the diagnostics, provided me with an accurate and fair estimate, and did most of the work. Like me, Zach is a Veteran of our armed forces and even as a civilian he personifies the values that our best troops possess. He is honest, competent, personable, affable, and a person of his word. I hope whoever owns Beacon has the insight to fully appreciate Zach's qualities and the immensity of tangible and intangible factors that he brings to his company. “Poles were being replaced and power was scheduled to be out for 6 hours. my wife is on oxygen, they said they could help us out. when they got ready to turn power off they brought over a generator with a cord to reach the oxygen concentrator so we didn't have to worry about time. the work was done quickly i had portable for her, but the battery would have needed charging in the car. luckily they were very quick, even if i did need to charge in car it would only have been maybe 20 minutes. very nice, efficient and polite. Thank you Potelco.”
