“Memory Haven is a very special place, staffed by very wonderful caregivers. My mother was at Memory Haven for almost two years before she passed away. The care she was given was wonderful. The caregivers are truly concerned with the welfare of the residents. Whenever I visited, I would find them interacting wit the residents, doing activities, walking with them or just visiting with them. The facility is very welcoming and homey. There are many activities that family members can be involved in. Family members are also encouraged and welcome to just come for a visit or a meal. I always felt very welcome there and my mother was extremely well cared for. The staff worked very hard at making sure she was as comfortable and as happy as possible. The caregivers were very supportive to myself and my brother and they helped us understand the disease of Alzheimer's and how to best help my mother. I was very lucky to have found Memory Haven and could not have asked for a better place or better care for her. I would and have recommended Memory Haven to anyone looking for Alzheimer's or Dementia care for a loved one. It is the best care facility that I found and it is very reasonably priced compared to many of the facilities that don' provide care anywhere near as good.”

“My experience at Dr. Rothaus’ office has always been wonderful! I’ve known Dr. Rothaus for quite a while - I’ve been coming to the NYC location since getting my ears pierced in elementary school and am now in my 20s working full-time in Manhattan! I’ve since done laser scar and hair removal with Joanne and Juliana, who both have been excellent and the treatments have been extremely effective. Everyone who works in the office is an absolute pleasure and I look forward to continuing my services with Dr. Rothaus and his team!”

“This is a long time coming. Sumner vets cared for my Beagle, Missy, when no one else could. She was 16 when she passed in April 2021. They didn’t try to extend her life. Logically I knew that it was the end. But, for the first time in our lives we had the money to “fix anything” after selling a house. I was prepared to drop all the money we made on a house to save my heart dog. The vet sat with me and reasoned with me that no amount of money can “fix” her. She will continue to deteriorate, like we all do when we get old. He didn’t refused to take my money, because it’s still a business, but he spoke about quality of life, time, how SHE felt or was going to feel, and how the dog who LOVES snacks didn’t take anyone out to get to French fries. My girl was my heart. But the staff at this hospital helped me make the right decision at the right time. I could never be more grateful or more thankful for them in counseling me in the way I counsel my own clients. I will be forever grateful to them for their kindness, compassion, and love. “Very clean hotel and comfortable hotel .Staff are of very high quality in regards to their customer service and interpersonal skills. The staff at Candlewood and Hilton hotel suites are extremely helpful and welcoming . The Candlewood Suites are great for long term stays. There is access to a washer and dryer utility room which is not coin based. In fact it is free to use, just remember to bring your own laundry soap! Some rooms offer Kitchenettes, which include two burners, a microwave, dishware and utensils are offered. Along with a couple of pots and pans. Thank you to the most awesome staff at Candlewood Suites for continuing to take such good care of me during my stay here . I'm currently searching for my new home in this friendly and welcoming city ! I just love Sumner! I would recommend Candlewood Suites or the Holiday Inn & Suites which are in the same parking lot and sister sites?!! 🌞🌞🌞 Kind Regards Megan”

“I got an oil change so my son and his family could take my jeep over the mountains to eastern Washington. When we got them all ready to go, on their way out the engine light came on and it wouldn't go above 3000 rpm or about 29 MPH. I called Trevor, he said he would review the footage and call me back. when he called me back he reported everything looked fine on the video, he was concerned about the engine code so he offered to come out to my home and check out my jeep, I told him I was doing a test drive to see what the jeep was doing so he asked me to bring it back in for him to check. Once I was back at the shop Trevor checked everything out reported no leaks noted everything was tight and secure as it should be. Trevor then checked the code for the engine light "Oil pressure sensor" he had his team completely redo the Oil change and filter to ensure their was no problems once completed he cleared the code and had us drive around for a bit to check to see if the engine light came back on. I have used them for most of my Oil changes on all my vehicles in the past and trust them now more than ever with my vehicles and the safety of my family.”
