After training in a different style for many years, my wife and I came to Shinzo Kaizen Dojo to restart our martial arts journey. This school has been amazing for us. We are learning souch amd the instructors knowledge base is mind blowing. And our direct lineage has some great history it. We love this school!
The instructors are amazing. Great family environment and prices. Kyoshi Mayo and Renshi Collins are full of information and real martial arts expirence. It's amazing to have great instruction and to learn practical application.
