Their service manager Keith is an outstanding person, so the rest of the service department. Rest of the shop from parts department to sales floor are all excellent group of people.
(June 15, 2023, 7:00 pm)Honesty and integrity is usually not what comes first when you think of a vehicle dealership but that's my experience with SoSo Cycles as it pertains to the service dept.
First off, they respond to emails/phone calls promptly (I can't say that about other shops). They also diagnosed my problem (oil leak) and kept me apprised of the service work.
Integrity as I asked for a service which they deemed unnecessary and told me so (saving me a couple hundred bucks).
Finally, they truly just love motorcycles and it shows. I can't explain it but it was worth the drive from Seattle for me to get my bike serviced here as quality trumps convenience any day of the week.
Keep up the good work!
(May 6, 2023, 5:59 pm)Had great experience interacting with these folks. They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Jon was the sales person who worked with me, and he is awesome. I’m beginner to motorcycles and Jon shared many personal stories and experiences with me to help me find what best fits me and my riding experience. I’d recommend this dealership to other people.
(April 1, 2023, 12:16 pm)New to the PNW so this was my 1st visit to have a recall performed on my RT. The staff was awesome, completed the recall in less time than promised, and they washed my bike! Everyone in the facility was friendly and welcoming. Thank you all for making it easy!
(July 27, 2021, 3:07 am)I love coming here. There’s tons of great bikes and knowledgeable, if a bit sales-ready, floor staff, and a gorgeous selection of bikes to gawk at, and even purchase if you so choose.
I, however, most appreciate their vast selection of parts! I ride a 41-year-old BMW airhead, and for the most part, the parts I need for regular maintenance are stocked. Yes, stocked, no special-order needed. What’s more, they have a diverse array of staff with varying aspects of knowledge that ensures I’m getting the right parts, as well as any parts I may need along the way. I will rely on this shop for the foreseeable future.
