(November 9, 2022, 12:55 am)Locked keys in the car. We spent most the night trying to unlock my car. Called around for quotes. Finally decided to go with someone local and reliable. They were fast, had their company jacket on, very nice and understanding. No gimmicks, upping the price, or forceful with the service. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Fabulous service!
(October 26, 2022, 12:41 pm)JJ was great! We had an appointment for a full lock change and he called ahead to let me know he would be five minutes late. I was impressed by his courteousness! He changed our locks quickly, helped us toward solutions when a few things weren't as expected, and was very pleasant and knowledgeable as well.
(September 28, 2022, 12:19 pm)We were in need of fixing a finicky lock that wouldn't turn correctly with our key. Called Half Price first thing he opened Monday at 9 am. He answered immediately and he asked me to describe the lock and the issue. He gave me an ETA for arrival in the afternoon. He called me mid day to give me an update. He arrived, resolved the issue, rekeyed the lock and provided us 4 duplicate keys from his truck within less than 20 minutes. He also brought up a recommendation to have a dead bolt added for a bit extra protection and gave us an estimate to consider down the line. Super quick, efficient and professional. I definitely recommend his services.
