Russ was on time & did a fantastic job. This was the first time we had our fireplace serviced in the 10+ years we've owned our house & it's never worked better. I wish we had this done sooner.

I don't think I've ever had such good service with any company as I have had with this one. Maureen answers the phone pleasant, upbeat and promptly. She bent over backwards to work the schedule so that someone could be out in a timely manner. Her guys came out and stayed on task working out a very difficult problem with my fireplace. They didn't give up. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time that they worked. And THEN there was follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied. Who does that anymore?
