“I recently saw Dr. Naccarato for a chronic neck injury. I’ve struggled with this injury for many years and it is easily aggravated. Dr. Naccarato took the time to understand my situation and started working with me on stretches and targeted exercises. He set me up with a home/gym exercise program that I could easily integrate into my life. After seeing Dr. Naccarato and working on those exercises for several months, I was able to start working out with the Personal Trainers and group classes at Ascent Fitness, located in the same building as Dr. Naccarato’s office. I am now stronger through my core, back and shoulders than I have been in many years(possibly ever)! I have been to PT several times over the years and have never had anyone able to pinpoint the specific targeted exercises I needed to take up until Dr. Naccarato started working with me.
