(October 13, 2021, 11:42 pm)I've been an infrequent customer with Old Town Bicycle for some time now. In the past, I have stopped by from time to time to purchase random bits for my bikes. A little while ago, I used their bike fitting service and was very satisfied.
Recently, I purchased my first bike from Old Town. The staff were able to answer all of my questions quickly and competently, and with a friendly attitude.
Now that I've purchased a bike from Old Town, I plan on becoming a regular customer thanks to the service and support I've received. Prices are, in my opinion, competitive. Service is top notch. The staff is great. I really can't recommend Old Town enough for your bike needs.
(March 7, 2021, 11:16 am)I took my Transition Bike in for brake adjustments. I was very impressed with the friendly and professional staff they have. They spent time with me going over the bike and explaining what needs to be fixed that I was not aware of. They went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and that I was happy with the end result. Pricing was great. Very happy with my new bike shop and would recommend them to anyone.
