I rarely post reviews, but I recently needed to find a local registered respiratory therapist and CPAP supplier, and finding who is local (when you call many "local" providers you get some national phone bank) and also responsive, is nearly impossible. I found Angie to be an excellent, knowledgeable, and responsive respiratory therapist, and gets extra bonus points for having the skill and patience to also be able to deal with the elderly demographic.”

“Go here. Buy a rug. Be happy. Expectations were low, having scoured other stores and being uninspired by high prices, low quality, and mediocre selection. This place was the opposite. Jeff was the most wonderful guide on our magic carpet ride of finding a new area rug for our living room. The best customer service! Prices were great. And while the selection was not endless (what they have is what they have and they’re up front about it even on the website), there were plenty of options. Pro-tip: don’t forget your under-rug pad! Will return here when we decide that other parts of our home require rugs/carpet or for flooring needs upon a move. Five stars well earned.”

“Let me tell you a little story, last weekend I accidentally damaged my vintage engagement ring, prongs were smashed and I lost a small diamond by ways of picking pumpkins. It was a sad day. I ran to Jared because they had same day repairs where I was informed that basically it was a wash or it would cost me 1,000 to repair. Next I went to Kay's since they've replaced a little diamond for me several months ago, who told me a similar story but referred me to the Jewelry Dr. Man, the Jewelry Dr is the really MVP. They fixed it at a very reasonable price, they were quick and very helpful. 100% recommend these guys if you need repairs, skip the other guys. My ring is back to looking its normal beautiful self!”

“We visited Rich's in Tacoma to see what stoves were available and get a little education on gas stoves. Sonja is very knowledgeable and shared great information on stove types, brands and options. As we looked elsewhere at stoves, the education Sonja gave us became extremely useful. After looking around, it was apparent that the Lopi stove we looked at at Rich's was the one. The Lopi, being a local product was available and in their warehouse. Rich's installer is a great guy and did a great job. He once again went over all the features and functions of the stove. We are 100% satisfied with our choice of brands and that we purchased at Rich's. The personal attention and general education Sonja gave us made all the difference.”

“After holding off for too many years, I finally decided to upgrade my high end system with more modern access. I'd worked with Definitive Audio in Seattle in the past with excellent results and found Advanced Audio was connected and much closer so gave them a try. Long story short, I contracted with Victor to help me with installation of the new high end equipment and he did an outstanding job of both installing, trouble shooting and ensuring everything was operating as we wanted. This would have taken me at least five times as long to do and my results would have not been as well tuned. Victor is knowledgeable, friendly, patient and enjoyable to be around. Would highly recommend him if you're serious about ending up with a GREAT system.”

“Steve Perry is the best of the best at Ben Bridge! My partner and I are living in Mexico while planning a wedding in Seattle, WA. We have been working with short timelines and quick visits to Washington/Oregon to prepare. We started our engagement ring search virtually and narrowed down our favorite options, which were available at Ben Bridge Tacoma and Tiffany's Seattle. Ben Bridge quickly became our preferred option due to Steve's swift email responses and the availability of unique beautiful ruby rings (part of the 2021 Kaleidoscope Collection) - which we could not find anywhere else. Our experience was made even better once we met Steve in person at Ben Bridge Tacoma. He had diligently prepared the selection of rings that I requested via email (all rings were at different locations initially) and he was organized, sociable, and professional. We are not familiar with rings or sizing at all, and found Steve's approach very welcoming, educational, and delivered with great ease - absolutely no pressure involved. This was a contrast to our experience at other jewelry stores and with other agents. Once we found our perfect rings at Ben Bridge, Steve continued to be a fabulous help by engraving and resizing the rings in a timely manner. “With the sad loss of Aloha Oasis on 6th - Anita's is THE place for your authentic Island items. They carry leis - fresh and fabric. NOTE: like many things these days, you must get your leis far in advance, order in advance - call the shop and check with them. It is hard to even get a Ti Leaf lei - which I have never had an issue with before. Huge selection of clothes at great prices. The staff is good - knowledgeable and friendly. Do note that if you call, they may not answer with the name of the store. I called and they just said, "Hello" and waited...I had to ask if I'd called the shop.”
