“Review from my first appointment at the Point Ruston location yesterday. 1.) Front door reserved parking is an awesome plus! 2.) Very easy check in and I was offered a drink while I waited. The lady at the front desk was very nice and professional, she walked me to the tranquility room (waiting room) which is gorgeous! 3) The hygienist I saw was Madison. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and was good at taking a full series of X-rays. After that she handed me the complimentary menu and I picked Aromatherapy and the gel eye mask. Next time I’ll get those again and add the neck roll and the paraffin wax, I had a cut on my finger so I didn’t try it this time. They also had other things on the paper list that’s not listed online like lip balm. She did a really good job on the cleaning, pain free but still thorough. 4) The doctor was really nice and took time to talk to me about all my concerns, wants/needs etc. She talked me though the treatment plan and all my options, there was no pressure to buy anything or do any treatment. 5) At the end they answered all my remaining questions and made my next appointment in 6 months, before walking me to the front to pay and sign the treatment plan on my way out. You can grab another refreshment at this time as well. All said and done I was there for about an hour. There was almost no down time or waiting time for any part of my appointment. 6) The only negative reviews I found about this place was people had surprise fees or charges. I did NOT have that experience at all. We have insurance and all copays were laid out clearly, right from the start. For example at the end she asked me if I wanted fluoride and told me it would be an additional $10 on top of the $44 I’d pay for my exam and X-rays which we had previously discussed. I said yes and when I left my total was $54. No hidden fees whatsoever.”

“Pictures of the entire happy hour food menu. Everything was on point except the calamari seemed little not so fresh but otherwise great. They could (and should IMHO) add another table in the bar area which would be a more preferred place to sit, but otherwise really great food and atmosphere. Simple vibe that focuses where the focus needs to be, the food and the people. Speaking of which, the staff at this place were pretty impressive. I’m going back for another happy hour for sure!”

“The public waterfront is such a great place to visit when the sun is setting. We were walking by the various restaurants, ready to order takeout when we were attracted to the friendly staff in the fish bar window. And the people being served before us looked happy so we joined the line. We ordered fish & chips plus a chowder and a berry basil lemonade. The fish and chips were absolutely delicious and we were very impressed by the eco-packaging!! The chowder was so rich & buttery it should be called a bisque. And the lemonade has so much basil flavor it kept tasting like pesto pizza…”

“So great to find a restaurant/bar that has friendly faces and great food. We had our first experience tonight at Twisted Fork. We were greeted very warmly and sat at a comfortable table. The atmosphere was friendly and fun. We ordered two appetizers and a salad. The food was served quickly and tasted great. My wife has celiac so we have to be very careful about whether any of the food we order has gluten. Our server paid close attention and asked the chef to confirm before we placed our order. We will definitely be back and tell all our friends.”

“I happened to walk into the store not knowing anything about Gentry's Footwear and I was very glad I did. They took the time to measure my feet correctly and recommend shoes that made the most sense for what I would be doing in them. They gave me several options and in the end I got a pair of Brooks. I will be back again to purchase more shoes here. The woman was very knowledgeable and professional. I wish I knew about them sooner.”
