“The radiator on my 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with 118k on it started leaking. To begin with, the price to replace it was far better than anywhere else, by about half. The owner was very friendly and personable. He was very well acquainted with the type of radiator I had and gave me a lot of good information on it. He was very friendly, personable, and eager to gain my business l. They even did a little extra work, moving the transmission cooler further away from the radiator to allow better airflow, and didn't charge me extra for the time. Parts may have been negliable but the time is where he could have charged more, and didn't. I have to say this was one of my favorite experiences with auto repair, and they know their business well. I appreciate his eagerness to do a perfect job for me, like I said, going the extra mile without charging me. I highly recommend this place, rather than the bigger businesses, due to better pricing and high quality parts and work. Also, I forgot to mention, I was able to drop my truck off in the morning, because they had the parts on hand, and it was done that day. He was adamant it would be done that day. Very fast, quality work, at a superior price.”
